The "Family Fun Day Exursion" and Charter Bus company has been cancelled.
Plans to attend Blue Bayou Water Park/Dixie Landing, Baton Rouge, La., has been cancelled due to MTBR Family Reunion being Cancelled.

PLANS FOR OUR MTBR FAMILY REUNION ARE IN THE WORKS!
As we
know, although we are excited about the upcoming plans for the reunion, it
takes money and commitment to make it happen. In addition, our plans for the
Reunion Excursion require funding for the Charter Bus Company to be secured
early for Hot Springs, Arkansas. Family members, we will be traveling roundtrip
via Charter Bus (56 passenger seats) to Hot Springs, Ark., Please submit bus
fare along with the enclosed registration form.
A $20.00 deposit is required by June 15, 2017 per person to secure seating,
with the remaining balance of $20.00 by August 15, 2017. (Money can be sent
early!!!)
We are looking forward to you coming and joining us this reunion on a family vacation from the City of Bossier City to Hot Spring, Arkansas!!! The reunion and excursion will be held Thursday, July 12th –Sunday, July 15th, 2018. Prepare yourselves once again for another family adventure filled with excitement, fun, entertainment, and just fellowshipping with one another as "Let the Good Times Roll!"

Dear Committe Members and Family,
Greeting to you in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and we pray that we pray that the letter finds you in good health in recuperations from our July 2012 reunion and in great anticipation of the 2014 family reunion and excursion.
Believe it or not planning for the 2014 Family Reunion is underway. The Bossier City, La. committee members voted to join our family, friends, and love ones in a proposed extension of our Family Reunion to Atlanta, Georgia for July 2014!
Please mark you calender for July 10 - 13th of 2014.
As we know, although we are excited about the upcoming plans for the reunion, it takes money and commitment to make it happen. On that note, we are asking all adults family members (21 and older) to give a onetime family member yearly dues donation of $20 as an effort to help secure starter funds for the upcoming 2014 reunion. Family members have this month of September, 2012 through December 15, 2012 to give a pledge of "Faith" for the reunion's success. In addition, our plans for the Reunion Excursion require funding for the Charter Bus Company to be secured early. For those family members that are planning to travel via Charter Bus (55 passenger seats) please submit bus fare along with registration form. A $50.00 deposit is required by March 15, 2013 to secure seating, with the remaining balance of $45.00 by June 15, 2013. For Airfare travelers, please begin checking air travel for best deals.
Please keep all family members in prayer as we venture out to another sucessful reunion planning for the year 2014. The Core Planning Committee will provide kep information, including hotel accommodations and excursion attractions regarding the 2014 reunion in the near future (including online information).
