Our 11th annual Family Reunion is approaching fast!! We are looking forward to you coming and joining us this reunion on a family vacation to the City of Dallas, TX!!! The reunion and excursion will be held Thursday, July 7th - Sunday, July 10th, 2016. Prepare yourselves once again for another family adventure filled with excitement, fun, entertainment, and just fellowshipping with one another as we continue our journey of faith, hope, and love!!!
Once again, we will be traveling on a 56 passenger charter bus on our round trip excursion to Dallas, Texas. Cost to travel roundtrip via charter bus is $95 per person. We are asking family members to please begin sending your bus fees in as soon ASAP! A few members have already paid their bus fees. We want to be sure that we are able to secure the bus for our excursion!!!
A block of rooms have been reserved for the reunion a the Hampton Inn Dallas North-35E, Walnut Hill, 11069 Composite Drive, Dallas, TX 75299, (972)484-6557. The room cost is $79.00/plus tax for King and Double. The rooms are reserved under MTBR Family Reunion. All hotel registrants are responsible for making their own reservation by calling the hotel directly. Please provide the group code name: (MTBR Family Reunion) when making reservation for the reunion. The cut-off date for the reservation will be June 23, 2016. the earlier reservations are made will allow the committee time to reserve extra rooms using the group rates, if needed!
The MTBR fees are as follow: Adult Registration:$100 - Adult Excursion Tickets: $73
Child Registration: $55 (ages 4-17) Child Excursion Tickets:$73 (ages 3-17) - Free for ages 0-2!!
This is income tax season, so please don't forget your obligations!!!
The deadline for all registration fees is before June 01, 2016. All fees should be paid with money orders and should be made payable to the MTBR Family Reunion (money can be sent earlier!!!). No one made the early bird entry in December, so it has been extended. Please complete and return the registration form with fees for Early Bird Entry by May 2016. Your prize awaits!!!
