Greetings!
Dear Committee Members and Family,
Greeting
to you in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and we pray that this
letter finds you in good health in recuperation from our July 2016 Dallas
reunion and in great anticipation of the 2018 family reunion and excursion.
Believe
it or not planning for the 12th Annual - 2018 Family Reunion is
underway. The Bossier City, La committee members voted and once again invite
everyone to join us with family, friends, and love ones as we “let the good
time roll” with an extension of the MTBR family reunion from the City of
Bossier City, Louisiana to the City of Hot Springs, Arkansas in July 2018!
Please mark your calendars for July 12-15th of 2018 and
“Let the good times roll!”
As we
know, although we are excited about the upcoming plans for the reunion, it
takes money and commitment to make it happen. In addition, our plans for the
Reunion Excursion require funding for the Charter Bus Company to be secured
early for Hot Springs, Arkansas. Family members, we will be traveling roundtrip
via Charter Bus (56 passenger seats) to Hot Springs, Ark., Please submit bus
fare along with the enclosed registration form.
A $20.00 deposit is required by June 15, 2017 per person to secure seating,
with the remaining balance of $20.00 by August 15, 2017. (Money can be sent
early!!!)
The MTBR Reunion fees are as follow: Adult Registration:
$125 Excursion Ticket w/ lunch: $40
(ages 13-18) Child Registration:
$60 Excursion Tickets w/lunch: $40(ages 4-12) Child Registration: $40 Excursion Tickets w/lunch: $40
(ages 2-3)
Child Registration. and Excursion
Tickets w/lunch: $20
The deadline for all registration fees is before June 01,
2018. All fees should be paid with money orders and should be made payable to
Marshall Trass Butler Robinson Family Reunion (money can be sent early!!).
Please complete the registration form with fees for Early Bird Entry by
December 2018.
Please
keep all family members in prayer as we venture out to another successful
reunion planning for the year 2018.
